This book is a standalone, but a number of readers requested I create a series out of this book.

“I should stay with you tonight,” he said, the humor absent from his expression. “You’ve had quite a shock.”
I almost swallowed my tongue. “What?”
“I should stay with you,” he repeated.
“Ummm, no. I don’t think so.”
“Because we’d get caught and then…” I sighed. “Honestly, my mom would probably cheer me on.”
“What’s stopping you then?” He reached out to grab a strand of my wet hair and placed it behind my shoulder.
Nervous as I was, I waited until he withdrew his hand to speak. I felt unable to refuse him while he touched a part of me. When his hand returned to his side, I took a deep breath. “Well, let’s throw the fact that I don’t even know your name right on top of my list.”
“Or maybe you’re afraid of living as I suggested.”
Crossing my arms over my chest, I met the challenge in his eyes. “All right. Tell me your name, and you can stay with me.”
“Draven,” he said. “My name is Draven.”
"Oh.my.gosh. I am pretty sure I have just found a new favorite author! A Destined Death by Lisa Rayns is the best book I have read in a very long time! ... Seriously, I can't give this one enough stars.."

"I quickly was caught up in the story and when the paranormal part cropped up I was almost shocked! It was brilliantly written and the plot was terrifically well thought out and planned. I was drawn to the dynamic of Elizabeth and Draven's relationship."
Fabulous Beta Reader Comments
Wow, you have reminded me why I started writing. I almost went back to my story to amp up Lachlan's swoonworthiness. I really meant it last night when I said I heart Draven, I was hooked right away! I couldn't stop reading.
I spent all night and all day reading. I really hope you plan on continuing with Armando, Ben and maybe even Johnny!

Lisa - WOW! Really, that was by far the most original story I've read in a very good while. You did a fabulous job. I was enthralled and in the story. I'm actually sorry because there was some great dialogue between Draven and Elizabeth and I meant to point those out, but nope, I just needed to keep reading until I could get to the end and find out what would happen.
Best of luck and if I can do anything else, please just let me know. Happy Writing!
All in all it was a very clean read. I liked the story and appreciated your subtle changes to the vampire myth. Cute ending and I'm glad she couldn't [censored - spoiler]! Ew! I'm really impressed and I know you'll do well! Totally didn't see [spoiler – the ending] coming BTW ;)
I wanted to let you know that the changes to DD were brilliant. There were parts that you fleshed out that I didn't catch the first time and it was beautifully executed technique. I loved seeing more of Draven's POV.

Obviously I thoroughly enjoyed it! You really have a great story here…
I hope that I didn't miss anything towards the end because I must admit that I got very wrapped up in the story to keep a honest editing eye BUT that's also a good thing because I was completely hooked on the story and finding out what happened next! Hope this helps! Thanks for letting me read it for you!
